ABSTRACT

This study analyzed the impact of UI/UX design of major domestic medical platform apps such as Goodoc, Modudoc, and Gangnam Unnie on user experience and accessibility and suggested improvement measures. The study collected qualitative data through MARS (Mobile Application Rating Scale) and in-depth interviews (IDI), and the main results showed that information reliability, recency, intuitive navigation, aesthetics, and functionality were important factors in user experience. In particular, information clarity and recency had a great impact on user trust and willingness to continue using the app, and it was confirmed that users preferred intuitive screen composition and easy operation methods, and that they preferred designs that were easy for users who were not familiar with the digital environment to access. The balance between advertisement placement and UI/UX design is important, and this study proved that MARS and in-depth interviews are useful for quality evaluation and user experience analysis of medical platforms. It suggested that research targeting additional user groups is necessary.
