ABSTRACT

This study aims to compare and analyze the user experiences of job search platforms across different age groups and propose improvement strategies. Three representative platforms, JobKorea, Saramin, and Jasoseol.com, were selected to target users in their 20s and 30s. The research employed online surveys and in-depth interviews based on the Honeycomb Model for evaluation. Survey results revealed that users in their 20s preferred the user-friendly features of Jasoseol.com, while those in their 30s favored JobKorea and Saramin for the quantity and quality of job postings. In-depth interviews showed that JobKorea and Saramin received generally balanced scores, whereas Jasoseol.com excelled in desirability and usefulness but demonstrated weaknesses in findability and accessibility. The findings indicate that job seekers prioritize user experience over mere access to job postings, with platform convenience and functionality playing a critical role in platform choice. Based on these insights, the study highlights the need for user-centered functional enhancements and service expansion, particularly through strategies tailored to address the distinct needs of users in their 20s and 30s.
