ABSTRACT

This study explores the mechanism of restoring ‘relational solidarity’ to address human alienation and loneliness in a society dominated by AI algorithms. A mixed-methods approach was applied to 384 core cases from the Gamsa Nanum Newspaper (2021-2025). The study combined quantitative text mining and Semantic Network Analysis (SNA) with qualitative thematic analysis. The analysis revealed that 'Agent' and 'Empathy' formed the core axes of the discourse, with a qualitative shift toward 'recovery' and 'bonding' starting in 2023. Specifically, relational solidarity is restored through a three-stage mechanism: ‘Emotional visualization’, ‘Fact-based trust (VM) and friendly approach’, and ‘Reciprocal empathy’. This study identifies gratitude-sharing as a 'social technology' for community health in the digital era. Future research should include comparative media analysis and longitudinal studies to verify the effectiveness of this mechanism.
