AB - This study aims to develop high school-level classes that utilize and understand artificial intelligence (AI) as a medium of expression. In the field of art, diffusion model-based generative AI has recently emerged as a new form of creation, and its educational potential has also drawn attention. To encourage students to perceive AI not merely as a tool but as a medium of expression, a 12-session program was designed to compare and explore the expressive characteristics of humans and AI. The program, centered on media exploration, was validated through a Delphi survey. Furthermore, a t-test analysis of pre- and post-survey results confirmed positive changes in students’ learning motivation and their ability to understand and apply AI as a medium of expression.
