ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study is to suggest the desirable directions Christian counselling for the adolescents victims of Sexual violence. It is significant that this study gives hope to sexual violence victims and attempts to prevent sexual violence for potential offenders or victims. The researcher employ the phenomenological and qualitative research method that emphasizes personal experience and requires the suspension of judgment of the consultant. This study is sexual violence victim-oriented and has limits concerning offender- related matters. However, it is significantly important as an experimental research that sexual violence victims were interviewed in direct meeting and taken as the subject of the study. Interviews with research participants are carried out several time from December 2010 to March 2011. The image of God revealed among research participants is mostly a positive image. Suggesting that they project the self-image on the image of God. Research participant􀁳s forgiveness of offender look like forgiveness of themselves, not one of the counterpart.
