AB - This study is the research of actual condition for condition about music course and music activity of student from the middle school for hearing impairment. Survey papers from 20 teachers and 143 students of hearing impairment from this nation, who are enable to complete survey, are research methods to do this survey. The results were as fellows. First, music classroom is insufficient, and instruments and equipments are not enough. Textbook is not inappropriate, too. Second, about problem and improvement of music class from the middle school for hearing impairment, section of listening and music creation from area of music activity is not sufficiently handling. Necessity for balancing each section is required, and four sections should be managed in integrating way. Also, professionality of teacher must be increased, and section of communication needs to be developed. Self development by training and development of education process that reflects the characteristics of hearing impairment are solutions for this. Third, after this researcher determines condition of music activity from students of hearing impairment, most of students like the music, and they are interesting about music. However, From the section of practice of the music, they have less experience about concert than that of normal student. An opportunity to participate in the concert needs to be provided. Also, students like to sing a song. Teachers should research about topic of singing for the student because they have to provide opportunity of positive participation for music class.
