In this conducted a survey to analyze the influence of self-efficacy on affective commitment through job satisfaction and leader trust, and statistical analysis was conducted based on the data. The response data of 201 people obtained by conducting a survey of 370 executives and employees of A SMEs and one group company were used in this study. As a result of the study, first, it was found that self-efficacy had a positive (+) effect on job satisfaction and trust in the leader. Second, job satisfaction and leader trust were found to have a positive (+) effect on affective commitment. Third, it was found that self-efficacy did not directly have effect on affective commitment. Fourth, job satisfaction and leader trust were found to mediate the relationship between self-efficacy and affective commitment, respectively. Based on these results, this study proposed implications for devising and establishing an effective personnel strategy to increase job satisfaction and trust in the leader so that workers of A SMEs and one group company with self-efficacy can continue to engage in the organization.

The purpose of this study is to present the direction and demand of coaching education for the development and operation of coaching curriculum for university students. This study conducted in-depth interviews with experts and a survey of 500 female university students located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. In order to secure the ethical aspect of research, approval was obtained from the institutional research ethics committee of the affiliated university. SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 were used for data analysis in this study. According to the demands of university student coaching education, the results of expert opinion and demand survey on the possibility and importance of coaching education as a liberal arts course in university are as follows. First, coaching education at universities emphasized by experts emphasizes the practice of coaching philosophy and the direction of coaching education based on it. In addition, various extracurricular program development were proposed to spread the coaching culture. Second, as for female university students' educational needs for university coaching education, among the detailed factors, the education demand for coaching leadership competency was found to be the highest, followed by coaching skills and coaching basis. Third, the proposed applying the detailed plan for improving the quality of college coaching education based on the educational needs information obtained by expert interviews and detailed factors.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the data collected based on learning analysis to improve the quality of teaching in university education to develop a dashboard prototype for professors suitable for the university educational environment and practical use in the field, and derive implications. To this end, various data such as recruitment areas of the core competency-related talent index of engineering students, quality control measures of learning activities, and self-diagnosis of learning capabilities were collected, and two rounds of expert heuristic evaluation were developed. The findings are significant in that they provided more useful information and practical programs to support teaching by utilizing basic learning capability diagnostic data and engineering talent index to measure engineering students' capabilities, as well as LMS. In addition, at a time when the need for learners' self-directed learning skills is further emphasized in the ongoing online education context, it is expected that professors can analyze their teaching situations and students' learning engagement and use them as useful materials to support students who need appropriate intervention.
