AB - This article reviews the literature dealing with e-journals published during the period from 2002 to 2011 in Korea. It aims to identify the research trends by examining the use and management of e-journals on theses, dissertations and academic journal articles in this field. This analytical review of the literatures could improve understanding the issues with regard to e-journals and provide the fundamental foundations on e-journal research. In addition, it could contribute to improve programs of e-journal services.
