AB - This study is targeting Special Library users and aims to find out whether participation in the cultural events of K Special Library affects the levels of satisfaction and recognition of library users. With consideration for the actual operating case, the cultural events of K Special Library were categorized into reading activities, reading promotion events, exhibition events, lecture events, and others. The influential relationship between these cultural events, the level of satisfaction, intention of reuse, and level of recognition of the K Special Library service were analyzed. As a result of this study, participation in cultural events was found to affect the level of use, level of satisfaction on services, intention to reuse and recommend, and level of recognition of K Special Library users. However, regarding the level of satisfaction on the collection of books, there was no significant difference arising from participation in cultural events. As such, it is concluded that participation in cultural events does not affect the level of satisfaction on the collection of the books.
