ABSTRACT

This study proposes the design and implementation of a Smart Fitness Shelter Platform that integrates exercise functionality with energy management to enhance public healthcare and promote energy sustainability. The platform is equipped with self-generating exercise equipment and solar panels to produce renewable energy, while environmental sensors optimize energy consumption. It collects and analyzes user data on physical activity and energy contributions to deliver personalized feedback and healthcare services. Notably, the system incorporates an incentive mechanism that rewards users with local points or carbon-neutral credits based on the amount of energy they generate or save, thereby encouraging continuous participation. This research demonstrates the potential of the Smart Fitness Shelter as a sustainable urban infrastructure that contributes not only to individual health but also to regional energy efficiency and carbon reduction policies.
