ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study is to analyze how the content characteristics of AI-based content, namely ease of use, sense of reality, competitiveness, and sense of bonding, influence perceived economic value. In addition, this study aims to comprehensively examine the mediating effects of enjoyment factors and the moderating effect of satisfaction within this relationship. The data were collected through a survey of 370 participants, and statistical analyses were conducted to test the research model. The results of the study are as follows. First, among the content characteristics, sense of bonding had the strongest positive effect on economic value, followed by sense of reality, ease of use, and competitiveness. Second, among the enjoyment factors, health satisfaction showed a partial mediating effect between ease of use and sense of reality, and a full mediating effect between competitiveness and economic value. However, no mediating effect was found between health satisfaction and sense of bonding. Third, achievement satisfaction had a partial mediating effect on the relationships between sense of reality and sense of bonding, and a full mediating effect on competitiveness. There was no mediating effect on ease of use. Fourth, social satisfaction partially mediated the relationships between sense of reality, competitiveness, and sense of bonding, while it did not mediate the relationship with ease of use. Fifth, the moderation analysis showed that the influence of ease of use, sense of reality, and sense of bonding on economic value varied depending on the level of user satisfaction. In conclusion, the study confirms that content characteristics and emotional factors interact in a complex way during the integration of AI technology and the cultural industry, thereby contributing to the creation of economic value. These findings provide meaningful theoretical and practical implications for the development of future strategies in policy, industry, and education.
