ABSTRACT

This study aims to analyze the operational performance and suggest future directions for IoT-based convergence projects, focusing on the K-Digital Training Intelligent Blockchain Web Developer Program. The research evaluates both quantitative and qualitative outcomes by examining project deliverables, participant engagement and completion rates, along with in-depth interviews with participants and program managers. Findings indicate that IoT-based convergence projects provide a practical learning environment that significantly enhances participants’ job-related competencies. Furthermore, the hands-on training model that integrates blockchain and AI technologies plays a pivotal role in fostering next-generation ICT professionals. Based on these insights, the study proposes recommendations for program enhancement, including the advancement of curriculum design, the expansion of industry-collaborative projects, and the implementation of long-term performance tracking systems. These findings offer meaningful implications for the planning and operation of similar convergence education programs in the future.
