AB - Due to the development of U-healthcare, healthcare has been changing from the treatment-oriented care to the prevention and post management. Because of such changes, it is necessary to do research on personal medical information service system through which the patient can check his or her treatment information and get medical information anywhere anytime. This paper suggests a system model provided by mobile device by partly integrating personal information, diagnostic information, prescription information and hospital information of the patient stored in the hospital information systems of cooperative medical institutions. To describe the application form of the suggested system, this paper designs integrated databases server and mobile user interface. The suggested system has the characteristics of being able to provide the following information simultaneously: possibility to refer and correct personal information, elastic operation of the period when the patient can refer to one’s treatment information, information about the drugs prescribed to the patient, information about medical institutions.
