1. The editing committee requests three examiners who are deemed suitable for the review of the article manuscript submitted, and the names and affiliated organization of examiners and contributors shall be kept anonymous.
2. The examiner shall be the member of the Society, professor, and researcher in specialized fields, and a pool of examiners will be operated by major field. If the article requested for review is inconsistent with the major or if it is difficult to review, the examiner may refuse the review and shall return it immediately.
