ABSTRACT

In relation to laws and regulations related to the Education Act. we will examine the definitions, principles and basic principles of the Education Act, characteristics, system, contents, etc. Many studies on education laws serve as the basis for reasonable revisions. Then, in the current reality of education law where national education reform and personal education disputes have become commonplace, researchers of education law should participate more actively, and ordinary learners should try to carry out research and discussion on education law.
