This study was aims at looking straight at the pending social issues to understand the newly suggested national policy and suggesting Industry-Academy-Government Cooperation plans for dance experts. The following are the roles of the main agent of Industry-Academy-Government Cooperation deducted by the study. First, the industrial cooperation plans include providing customized curriculum for industry, practical field experience and employing dance experts. Moreover, the active attitude for training and employing dance experts are required. Second, the academic cooperation plans include training and producing manpower the industry wants, operating career inquiry activities and test-operation for field practice semester, internship, settling the official acknowledgment system for employed students, etc. Third, the government cooperation plans include expanding financial investment on dance education, supporting national license in the field of culture and art education, and seeking for applications of multiple majors, demand of converged experts, etc.

This paper is a comparative study of M. Foucault’s idea of ‘heterotopia’ with William Forsythe’s dance work which has the same title heterotopia (2006) to figure out the influences of Foucault’s idea on Forsythe’s work and the differences between the two. I discuss the way of ‘thinking in different’ in the process of explaining the influences of Foucault’s idea on Forsythe’s work and study Forsythe’s continuously vanishing moments of movement which offers a redefinition of dance as the process of embodied disappearance. In conclusion, as Forsythe said himself, Foucault was useful to start something. But It was not useful to finish it. Thus Foucault’s ideas were very suggestive in terms of procedure of experimenting Forsythe’s insatiable and awesome intellectual curiosity.

The society seeks creative talents. In such perspective, it is quite meaningful to investigate educational objective that expressive activity shall possess as class to cultivate creativity. Therefore, this study aims to investigate creativity theory, analyze expressive activities as national curriculum at elementary schools, understand the position of expressive activities in Korea, and understand creative educational objective and value of expressive activities, in order to suggest idea for practical goal of expressive activities. As the result, currently the educational objective of expressive activities at elementary schools does not include any artistic values, and the range of statement is exceedingly inclusive and vague. The activities at each grade are similar or overlapping, which lack the connectivity and sequences. The statement of objective for communication with other domains were not referred. It requires understanding and integration on overall dance as the concept of 'Dance Literacy,' as well as conceptual dispersion of expressive activities as the concept expands.
