ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study is to discuss practical implications after applying an expressive arts therapy program based on bodyfulness to improve social skills of slow learners. They(Slow learners) frequently face social immaturity and emotional withdrawal. Therefore, this study is important in revealing the possibility that a program based on bodyfulness can activate self-regulation and mutual regulation in slow learners. This study also offers a program that utilizes various art media as a means of communication and integrates bodyfulness promotes sociality. Thus, it is a possible and reasonable way to improve social skills in slow learners, and it is meaningful in presenting data that can be used in follow-up research.
