AB - The purpose of this study is to find out whether the coaching leadership of practical dance leaders affects the learner's protean career attitude. To achieve this goal, a survey was conducted on college students majoring in practical dance. As a result of the study, first, coaching leadership has a significant effect on career management behavior. Second, coaching leadership has a significant effect on protean career attitude. Third, protean career attitude has a significant effect on career management behavior.
Fourth, protean career attitude mediates the relationship between coaching leadership and career management behavior. These results help to suggest future directions for practical dance leaders.
