ABSTRACT

There are many Korean degree adverbs corresponding to the modern Chinese degree adverb ‘太’. Generally speaking, we think that the Korean degree adverb corresponding to the degree adverb ‘太’ is ‘너무’. After all, Chinese and Korean are two different languages, so there are more or less differences between the corresponding words. These small differences will interfere with second language learners, known as barriers to intercultural communication. In order to predict and solve this problem, this paper will conduct a comprehensive syntactic contrast analysis of the modern Chinese degree adverb ‘太’ and the Korean degree adverb ‘너무’ through the actual corpus in the ‘BCC Corpus’ and ‘꼬꼬마 세종 말뭉치’.
