清末民初东北城市化动力机制探研 -以奉天东部为考察对象-

ABSTRACT

Northeast China became the highest level of China’s urbanization during the period of late Qing and early Republic. The eastern part of Fengtian known as mountainous region had starting lately and developing quickly traits at the initial stage of the urbanization in Northeast China and it grew a typical instance so that the urbanization’s motive mechanism of Northeast may be solved by the individual study on the eastern part of Fengtian.The pouring of the migrants into the region changed the number and the form of the population in urban, which supplied the innovation of urbanization with population reason; The evolution of land and water communication lines provided the important guarantee for the order circulation of population and materials, drove the cities along the bands and the lines spring up and develop and acted as the accelerator; The constitution of the market system made of primary, medium and higher markets promoted the modernization of business, which accelerated the increase of economy and became the cardinal power of the initial development of urbanization.
