This study is aim to explicit what is a function of aspectual adverb related to aspectual meaning in a sentence as well as relevance between those. This study is based on the proposition that aspectual meaning in a sentence is composed by compositional relation between lots of aspectual constituents. In conclusion, aspectual adverb in Korean do not just add aspectual meaning to the verb phrase, but represent aspectual meaning of a sentence through modifying each level what verb phrase have. Moreover, aspectual adverb have a same function as aspectual auxiliary verb at the point of view to represent aspectual meaning, Furthermore, representing function of aspectual meaning of adverb which have different types according to the verb phrase is definitely explained by establishing situation types.
