AB - Lee Yu-Rim. 2015. A Study on related Variable that influences on Vocabulary acquisition and the Vocabulary expression ability of a Korean language learner. Korean Semantics, 49. A study has examined the difference in extent of Korean language learner's receptive vocabulary and productive vocabulary acquisition by testing its receptive vocabulary and productive vocabulary. A study also examined the influence on the receptive vocabulary and the productive vocabulary acquisition and the variable of vocabulary expression ability. The receptive vocabulary testing tool and the productive vocabulary testing tool have developed for the experiment on Korean language learner, and then tested receptive vocabulary and productive vocabulary acquisition on 70 learners. As a result, a study produced a clear fact that the receptive vocabulary could be changed into the productive vocabulary through the particular process. It was also not possible to digitize the ratio of the difference of the receptive vocabulary and the productive vocabulary, but it was clarified that the receptive vocabulary has occupied a large amount than the productive vocabulary. Also, a study has confirmed that the variable of receptive vocabulary is the proficiency and the L1. The variable of the productive vocabulary is an age, a variable, the residence period in South Korea, and the learning period of Korean. In vocabulary expression ability, an age, the proficiency, the residence period in South Korea, learning period of Korean, receptive vocabulary and productive vocabulary have appeared as a variable.
