ABSTRACT

This paper is aimed at reviewing policy tasks and roles of governments according to environmental changes in the field of real estate in Korea. The 2000s experience various environmental changes, including structural changes in land and property market, linkage of land and property market and finance market, openness of real estate market, changes in local governance and development of informational technology. Policy tasks which deals with such situations are as follows: Firstly, the public concept of land and housing should be strengthened. Secondly, the coordination system of real estate policy should be rationally established in consideration of new local governance. Thirdly, the transparency of real estate market should be strengthened by establishing an integrated land and property information system. Finally, the evaluation and monitoring system of real estate policies will be needed.(주제어) 부동산의 공공성 강화, 부동산정책의 조정체계 구축, 부동산시장의 투명성 제고, 정책평가 및 모니터링시스템 구축
