AB - Cadastral and registration system are typical public announcement of real estate. The two have much in common but they are a little bit different. Namely, the former deals with physical phenomena and the latter do the creation or transfer of a real right.The purpose of this study is to review legal principles concerning the demarcation a boundary and to examine the problems in a process of registration of an alteration. Especially, we will cite judicial precedents of the Supreme Court in order to understand the an issue of law and to raise a new issue about this topic.
