AB - Management for information is emphasized by the government through the efficient mechanism. However, governmental investment has not been achieved effectively related to establishing the electronic government because of unconnected system and separated controlling between the public institutions. Administrative information resources management is the final goal of the electronic government. Thus, effective controlling system of administrative information resources must be a key for the better electronic government. Nevertheless importance of the administrative information resources management, even basic concepts for administrative information resources management are not established yet. In this essay, I defined the concepts of administrative information resources throughout the structural elements of an electronic government. For higher efficiency of task conduct, better quality of public service and achievement of administrative information system, administrative information resources management laws should be reorganized.
