ABSTRACT

Recently renewable energy for exemple solar light, wind power, tidal power etc. is rapidly spreading around the world. Our country also has been spreading the installation of Solar light power plant since 2010. On the other hand recently has emerged social conflict between enterprisers and residents on the location of the Solar light power plant across the country. Therefore some residents had left their familiar native place because of installation of the Solar light power plant just near their home. This study is accordingly concentrated on the probleme und task of the legal-system on the installation of the Solar light power plant. The major points of this study are as follows : Ⅰ. Introduction Ⅱ. The Permission situation of the Solar light power plant Ⅲ. The main contents of legal-system on the Solar light power plant Ⅳ. The problemes on the Solar light power plant and their solution Ⅴ. The legal-system on the Solar light power plant and the task of local-self rulemaking Ⅵ. Conclusion
