AB - Most hotel in Korea are characterized by a different employment turnover structure that may affects crucially management performances and revenue account. Thus, this paper examines these relationship among luxurious hotels longitudinally. Authors analyzed the relationship between turnover rate and wage increase rate, and the influence of turnover rate and wage increase rate on sales. The result shows that turnover rate and wage increase rate had negative relationship each other, but turnover rate and wage increase rate were found not affecting significantly on sales.
