ABSTRACT

Destination marketers are increasingly providing oportunities Internet-based virtual tours in their destination promotion eff orts. However, and litle attention has ben paid to the potential of virtual tours for t he overal o conceptualize the notion of Internet-based virtual tour in the proces of tou rism ual tour with high-level telepresence were examined. It was found that Intern et-based stination, to more strongly and confidently desire to visit the destination.
