This study was to explore the kinds of leisure behaviour activities that young adults participate to relieve boredom. It also examined the relationships between young adults choice of leisure activities and their perceived levels of health and wellbeing. Results identified eight different kinds of boredom relief leisure activities of the respondents: active-social, work-related, creative, sports-physical, casual, passive-technology, passive-home, outdoor-travel. Results revealed gender differences in terms of the types of leisure that the respondents participate to relieve boredom. Moreover, results found significant positive or negative relationships between the types of leisure activities that the respondents participate and their perceived levels of health and wellbeing.
