AB - The growth and expansion of Medical Tourism Industry will inevitably lead to an increase in demand for professionals. Medical tourism is emerging as an industry with high growth potential, particularly the importance of building the initial infrastructure and training professionals are the most urgent and important policy areas. Insufficient to establish the concept of professional personnel and work areas, however, the basic material for the discharge of professional manpower and employment situation is also very scarce. When considering the direction of the Human Resources Policy, the medical tourism professionals operating features and specialization factors is basic material, but no such research has been produced. 10 medical tourism professionals which include coordinators and marketers from hospitals and medical tourism agencies were interviewed. and medical tourism professionals operating features and specialization factors were presented.
