AB - 《說文解字》是一部偉大的文字學著作，在歷史上的影響力很大。雖然甲骨文被發現以來，受到的批評也不少，可還是得到世人的高度重視。如果我們沒有它，很多古文字資料的硏究就會遇到許多阻碍。本文的寫作目的在于指出《說文解字》的局限性，糾正其說解的一些錯誤，以便于能够更好地利用它。
本文先把《說文解字》第二篇․下當中的323个小篆（包括49个重文）對照甲骨文字的字形和本義，然后找出需要糾正的15个字，最后通過考察，歸納爲如下四个項目。
因字形演變發生的錯誤 : 辵 ․ 彳 ․ 德 ․ 往 ․ 得 ․ 行
以後起字爲本字的錯誤 : 正 ․ 延 ․ 足 ․ 品
利用聲訓法的錯誤 : 逆 ․ 律
利用互訓法的錯誤 : 追 ․ 逐
