ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study is to investigate the in-service education of childcare teachers, which have an important influence on the development of infants and toddlers according to the advent of the fourth industrial revolution era and the new government's childcare policy, and find ways to strengthen publicness of in-service education. The findings were as follows; First, the support environment for professional improvement such as improvement of working condition of childcare teachers. Second, it is the implementation of the support program for each teacher as a realization of public child care. Third, improvement of in-service training and evaluation method of childcare teachers. The suggestions of this study will strengthen the publicness of in-service education for early childhood teachers.
