ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to investigate factors affecting students’happiness in school perceived by students. This study used the survey data collected in Sejong city office of education. The researcher adopted two independent samples t-test, one-way analysis of variance for data analysis, and logistic regression analysis. Results are as follows: First, there was no statistical difference of students’happiness on school by gender, student club activities, and locations. The mixed sex was higher than monogenic. Also, students in innovation schools and elementary schools were higher happiness than general schools and secondary schools. Factors influencing students’happiness on school were self-efficacy on student achievement, co-education, and location. This study implies that directions on educational innovation for students’happiness should be reestablished.
