In addition, direct and indirect effects between variables were examined using model 4 of PROCESS macro 4.0. As a result of the study, first, creativity was found to have a significantly positive effect on affective commitment. Second, coaching behavior mediated the relationship between creativity and affective commitment; namely, observations that affective commitment through coaching behavior was positively affected by creativity.
