ABSTRACT

This study attempted to present basic data on effective Korean instructional design methods that can improve the learning motivation of Korean learners today. Based on Keller’s ARC-V model, factors to be considered in Korean instructional design were analyzed in terms of collection and analysis of learning materials and learner information, establishment of class goals and evaluation standards, and class composition. Instructional design based on learning instruments of Korean learners, structural changes centered on continuous and repetitive conceptual learning, and convergent instructional design are important instructional design factors. In the future, studies related to learning motivation for actual Korean learners need to be conducted and the results of this study need to beempirically identified.
