AB - This article examined research trends related to administrative culture, one of the important components of Korean culture that have been overlooked in the context of Korean studies, based on existing research results. Through this, it was confirmed that interest in research on administrative culture from the perspective of Korean culture is still low. The reality that many aspects of administrative culture are alienated from research due to the limited scope of research and research topics lies behind this trend. In this context, in order to promote the study of administrative culture as a subculture of Korean culture, it is necessary to establish the concept of administrative culture as a subculture of Korean culture on the premise of expanding the scope of research, as well as to conduct various studies on the formation, development, and change of administrative culture from a comparative perspective.
