ABSTRACT

This study examines the relationships among digital leadership, employees’ knowledge behaviors, digital transformation acceptance, and organizational agility. Specifically, it investigates how digital leadership influences digital transformation acceptance and organizational agility through knowledge sharing and knowledge territoriality. Data were collected through an online survey of 250 employees of domestic companies and organizations. SPSS 26.0 was used for descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, and exploratory factor analysis, while SmartPLS 3.0 was employed to assess discriminant validity and test the structural model and research hypotheses. The results show that digital leadership has significant positive effects on both knowledge sharing and knowledge territoriality, with the latter contrary to the hypothesized direction. Knowledge sharing positively affects both digital transformation acceptance and organizational agility. Knowledge territoriality, however, has no significant effect on digital transformation acceptance but has a significant positive effect on organizational agility, contrary to the expected negative relationship. These findings indicate that digital leadership can simultaneously facilitate knowledge exchange and strengthen employees’ sense of ownership over their professional knowledge. They also suggest that knowledge territoriality does not necessarily undermine organizational outcoms but may function differently depending on organizational and environmental conditions. Overall, this study provides a more nuanced under- standing of employees’ knowledge behaviors in the process of digital transformation.
