ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study is to find the stable development of school - centered personality education in 2016 by recognizing the recognition of Seoul personality education by Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education. For this purpose, we conducted a survey of elementary school, middle school, and high school teachers in Seoul using the online survey system of Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education. The number of people participating in the survey was 101. Data collected through questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS 18.0. The results are as follows: First, The perception of the teacher 's Seoul personality education was normal. Therefore, it is very urgent for the public relationship to understand the Seoul personality education. Second, In order to create a positive school culture, it is necessary actively to support the communication between teachers and students. Third, For the success of personality education, it is necessary to actively organize a curriculum that realizes personality education. Fourth, To expand humanity education, it is urgent to develop curriculum integrating culture, art, and physical education rather than single subject. Fifth, Schools should cooperate with family and community members.
