ABSTRACT

What is the motive of local development? This is a very difficult question. There are many drives/initiatives for local development: for example, leadership, geopolitical position, water, food(provisions), energy, and many others. I don't know what is important factors in local development. But There are simplify in problems circumstances. I believe energy is a very important motive in local development. If energy is not provided, all machines would stop, and the whole world would fall into darkness. This study focuses on nuclear plant inviting through storytelling and the local development ripple effect. Storytelling is a very important concept and an approach in public administration. The first is that this study explains that why and how is inviting nuclear plant by storytelling approach. The second is that this study makes an analysis of economic ripple effect in inviting nuclear power plant. There are three trillions and sixty hundred millions in the production of ripple effect. There are ninety one hundreds ninty two millions in income ripple effect. There are two trillions and five hundred seventy four millions in value added effect. There are thirteen thousands four hundreds fourty persons in job creation ripple effect.
