AB - The purpose of this study was to examine the actaulity and problemes of paraprofessional system by paraprofessionals perspect in Jeju area. The results which actaulity and problemes of paraprofessional system are as follows:
First, the qualification which it is providing in current paraprofessional system, there is not a big problem. and most being necessary with the temperament as the paraprofessionals appeared that it is understanding for disabilities.
Second, the roles of the paraprofessional are not delivered concretely. And the professor activity with the special education student of the paraprofessional is coming many portion in spite of actuality is forbidden.
Third, the cooperation with the paraprofessional and the charge teacher is not become accomplished almost.
Fourth, in vacation, paraprofessionals were not received pays, and this is the most urgent problem must be solved with the paraprofessional system.
This research has a limit that it saw the specific area which is Jeju, so next researches should be widen the scope of area. And next researches process together the quantitative and quality research for right result.
