ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to analysis of the attitude type child care teachers on inclusion for young children with disabilities. The Q-methodology was used as a research method. The 38 unite of the Q-population was used. The Q-population was derived from previous research, in-depth interview with child care teachers, mothers and without disabled children, university students majoring special education. P-sample as subjects of this study was collected from 34 child care teachers in Busan and Gyoungnam province. As a result of research, the attitude of child care teachers on inclusion for young children with disabilities was classified as 3 type. The first type was labeled the social system approach type. They emphasize the importance of socialㆍpolicy support for inclusion of children with disabilities. The second type was labeled the individualㆍpersonal approach type. They emphasize teacher’s cope ability with children with disabilities and teacher’s positive attitude. For inclusion of going children with disabilities. The third type was labeled the skepticㆍprotract approach type. They emphasize they have to think carefully about inclusion of young children with disabilities.
