ABSTRACT

[Purpose] The purpose of this study was to identify the implications of education related to sustainable development pursued by the UN for special education. [Method] The sustainable development act of South Korea and documents related to education and goals for sustainable development were analyzed. [Results] The concepts of goals and education of sustainable development were reviewed. The implications of goals and education for sustainable development by the UN for special education were identified. [Conclusion] Suggestions for sustainable development goals and education for future research into special education are provided.
