Although the model of Welfare state, Swedish also pursue Privatization of social service because of globalization, unemployment, and deficit. Especially the rise of the conservative party who tendency to new right pushed for privatization as political instrument for power. The conservative party criticized a bloated welfare system and insisted on the more efficacy government and the more market oriented.
