AB - With the rapid advancement of generative AI, multi-party meeting environments in which human participants and AI agents jointly participate in decision-making are increasingly required. However, conventional meeting authentication mechanisms have limitations in simultaneously verifying which humans and AI agents participated in a specific decision and whether the participant composition recorded for the decision has been subsequently altered. This paper proposes a Human-Agent Dynamic Group Joint Signature scheme in which Human Participants (HPs) and AI Agents (AAs) are authenticated using different mechanisms and then jointly participate in the same Schnorr-based joint signature process. An HP generates a cryptographic key using a Fuzzy Extractor (FE) and a random value, whereas an AA is authenticated using a dedicated private key and a certificate containing its identifier, owner, role, and model information. Whenever a participant joins or leaves during a meeting, a group state value is generated by combining the aggregated public key, the Merkle root of the participant list, the group version, and the previous group state, and the resulting state is recorded on a blockchain. In addition, the joint signature is bound to the message, meeting identifier, decision identifier, and group state, thereby preventing an existing signature from being reused in another meeting or under a modified group configuration. The proposed scheme provides integrity and post-event verifiability of collective decisions in meeting environments where humans and AI agents jointly participate.
