AB - Social network analysis is a study on relationship between actors in network. This study focuses on examinating social structure based on relation between actors. This paper builds and analyzes networks with throughput of four national shipping companies. And then compares network characteristics and finds managerial insights. Port network structure attributes compared in this study are network centrality (degree, closeness, betweenness, eigenvector), structural hole, and network closure.
