AB - In this paper, we propose a Distributed Floor Control Protocol for the OMA(Open Mobile Alliance) PTT(Push-to-talk) mobile service. This protocol is designed for the clients in the radio shadow area by obtaining a control to be able to join the communication via PoC Router, a PoC client to relay the messages from PoC clients in radio shadow area. This protocol is based on the tree based floor control but it solves the problem of the shadow area using the dynamic tree structure for the PoC clients in radio shadow area.
