AB - This research aims to analyze the Chinese students’ preference for studying in Korea and educational expectation as future international students, by selecting dance majors among the Chinese students. In order to achieve this purpose, survey was conducted on 45 Chinese Students in Dance Major, the graduates and undergraduates in Beijing Dance University and Zhejiang Normal University.
To summarize, currently the preference for studying in Korea among Chinese dance majors was found to be high. The expectation consists in new knowledge, in particular studying Korean traditional dance.
Furthermore, the desire to participate in diverse performances was also high, not just the acquisition of knowledge.
