ABSTRACT

This study empirically analyzes the impacts of the professor’s emotional leadership on practical dancestudents’ major immersion and academic . In addition, this study verifies whether students’ immersionhas a mediating effect on their academic persistence of students majoring in practical dance. Concerningthis, this study completed an effective sampling of 215 students majoring in practical dance in theacademic credit bank system affiliated with universities in the Seoul area. Based on the collected data,the following specific analysis results are presented using SPSS 25 statistical analysis software.
