ABSTRACT

issues about community, everyday life, political and social movement andhuman rights are under discussion focusing on minorities’ documentationand implementation of social justice. Those issues are especially focused ondocumentation about minorities and implementation of social justice. TheseArchival Activism is evolved from academic and social influence since thelate 1960s rather than recent changes. The recent Archival Activism isunder way in various fields and forms that encompasses both aspects ofthe mainstream/fringe groups over the world beyond organizations andareas. 4.16 disaster put archival community in korea many challenges. Nowis the time to approach with reflections on records of evidence and heal. This study seeks contemporary documentation’s assignments through thedocumentation case of Occupy Wall Street Movement. Firstly, it examineson concept of Archival Activism, origins, and developments. And Based onthe documentation case of Occupy Wall Street Movement, it investigates arole of the archival profession carrying out Archival Activism.
