AB - The article is divided into four parts: the first part is the preface to introduce the approach and aim. The second part is focused upon the interpretation about the philosophical meaning and purport in the Book of Changes. Therefore I analyze three keypoints: inquiring the way of heaven into the matters of human beings, realizing the ethics and modeling the virtues of mankind, holding the the Doctrine of Mean and combining the three talents. The third part is the core of this paper. I name the topic as ‘The Thought of Creative Creativity and the Modern Applications’ and assay the six paragraphs to dig out the centric ideas about the Development-Psychology, Cogntion-Psychology, Education-Psychology, Management-Psychology, Society –Psychology and Counseling-Psychology. The conclusion is to summarize the view-points about the essence and effect thought of Creative Creativity in the Book of Changes.
